Sandtrap Flat fits on any 30x20 Lot (plants are native to desert worlds though)
I used a lot of @kiwisim4 and @surely-sims. CC is included but I suggest you sort it using either Tray Importer or S4S. Some sets are merged. However only one or two clutter/deco items from merged sets. Little Dica cafe set I used trim on the house you can replace it with basegame. Harrie set I used a tote bag.
Without sorting file is 17 GB. Just so you know.
